Since the implementation of the latest "Code for Fire Protection in Architectural Design" GB 50016-2014 on May 1, 2015, many companies still lack a deep understanding of the design, manufacturing process of fire-resistant windows, and application requirements of fire-resistant glass in architectural design. As a result, when encountering fire resistance requirements of building exterior windows in actual projects, it is impossible to operate in accordance with the specifications. Based on this, in order to better promote the application of "Code for Fire Protection in Architectural Design" in construction projects, it is sponsored by the Comprehensive Technology Branch of Building Fire Protection of the Architectural Society of China, the Urban Planning and Building Fire Protection Professional Committee of the Beijing Fire Protection Association, and the building fire protection of the China Academy of Building Research. The "2017 Architectural Fireproof Glass System Application Technology Seminar" co-organized by the Institute, Shandong Jinjing Green Fireproof Glass Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Meide Space Partition Manufacturing Co., Ltd. He focused on the latest regulations on the concepts of three aspects of fireproof partition wall, fireproof glass wall and automatic sprinkler system and their practical application in practical places. The application requirements are elaborated and analyzed in detail.
Director Ma Heng made a report on "Shenyang Dynasty Wanxin Hotel Fire Case Analysis". He took the Shenyang Dynasty Wanxin Hotel fire as a case and emphasized the importance of structural fire protection and fireproof window system. Senior engineer Tongyu made a report on "Fireproof Glass System Inspection and Acceptance". He expounded the relevant problems and current situation of fireproof door and window glass from the perspective of fire resistance test, and emphasized the precautions for engineering inspection.
Song Li, chairman and chief technical engineer of Shandong Jinjing Green Fireproof Glass Co., Ltd., made a report on "Application Countermeasures of Fireproof Glass in Architectural Design"; Xue Gang, chairman of Tianjin Meide Space Partition Manufacturing Co., Ltd., made "Application of Fireproof Glass in Buildings" Examples" report. Combined with the new building codes, the ordinary aluminum alloy windows and plastic windows independently developed by Jinjing Green can stably pass the 30-minute and 60-minute integrity fire protection requirements, and are popularized and applied in the national door and window industry. This technological innovation won the second prize of Science and Technology Innovation of China Fire Protection Association in 2017. This will enable fire-resistant glass and fire-resistant windows to enter thousands of households. The A-class 1-3 hour heat-insulating fire-resistant glass partition series produced by PDA-Jinjing Green, including large glass fire doors, have passed the national standard and European standard testing.
