 1. Construction preparation


 1. Technical preparation: technical data collection, on-site civil engineering design data collection and civil structure dimension measurement, design and construction plan determination.


 2. Preparation of materials and equipment: quality inspection of main materials (whether the size of the glass is correct, whether the material of the metal structural components meets the design requirements, whether the components are straight, whether the processing size, accuracy, and hole positions meet the design requirements), main construction equipment Inspection and scaffolding.


 2. Installation and construction of hanging all-glass curtain wall


 (1) Pay-off positioning


 1. Measure and pay off


 (1) The measurement and payout line of the positioning axis of the curtain wall must be parallel or perpendicular to the main axis of the main structure, so as to avoid the contradiction between the curtain wall construction and the indoor and outdoor decoration construction, resulting in defects such as uneven yin and yang angles and non-parallel decorative surfaces.


 (2) Use a high-precision laser level, theodolite, and use a standard steel tape measure, heavy hammer, spirit level, etc. for review. For the curtain wall with a height of more than 7m, the measurement and check shall be repeated twice to ensure the vertical accuracy of the curtain wall. The upper and lower centerline deviations are required to be less than 1~2mm.


 (3) The measurement and payout should be carried out under the condition that the wind force is not greater than level 4, and the error between the actual payout and the design drawing should be adjusted, distributed and digested, and cannot be accumulated.


 2. Line positioning


 The all-glass curtain wall directly fixes the glass to the main structure, so the position of the glass should be bounced to the ground first, and then the anchoring point should be determined according to the size of the outer edge.


 (2) Installation of the upper load-bearing steel structure


 (1) Pay attention to checking the firmness of the embedded parts or the anchoring steel plate. The quality of the selected anchor bolts should be reliable. The anchor bolt position should meet the design requirements from the edge of the reinforced concrete member. The inner ash should be blown clean.


 (2) The installation position and height of each component should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of lay-out positioning and design drawings. The most important thing is that the center line of the load-bearing steel beam must be consistent with the center line of the curtain wall, and the center of the elliptical screw hole must be consistent with the designed hanger bolt position.


 (3) The installation of the inner metal clip must be smooth and straight. Use segmented pull-through wire to check, and straighten the offset caused by welding. The outer metal clip should be seated and assembled according to the number and number, and it is also required to be straight. The distance between the inner and outer metal clips should be uniform, and the size should meet the design requirements.


 3. Lower and side frame installation


 Construction should be carried out in strict accordance with the set-out positioning and design elevation, and all steel structure surfaces and welds should be painted with anti-rust paint. Clean up the dirt inside the lower frame. No less than 2 neoprene pads should be placed on the lower part of each piece of glass, the width of the pads should be the same as the width of the notch, and the length should not be less than 100mm.


 Fourth, the glass is installed in place


 1. Glass hoisting


 (1) Check the quality of the glass again, especially pay attention to whether the glass has cracks and chipped edges, and whether the position of the hanging clip copper sheet is correct. Wipe the surface of the glass with a dry cloth and use a marker to mark the center of the glass.


 (2) Install the electric suction cup machine. The electric suction cup machine must be positioned, symmetrical to the left and right, and slightly above the center of the glass.


 (3) Try lifting. The electric suction cup machine must be positioned, and then the glass should be tried to be lifted first, and the glass should be lifted by 2-3 cm to check whether each suction cup is firmly adsorbing the glass.


 (4) Install the manual suction cup, pulling cable and side protective rubber sleeve at the appropriate position of the glass.


 (5) Paste low-foaming spacer square rubber strips on the inner side of the upper and lower frames where the glass is to be installed. The width of the rubber strips is the same as the designed glue seam width.


 2. Glass in place


 (1) After the crane moves the glass close to the in-position position, the glass alignment position is gradually approached.


 (2) The upper-level workers should grasp the glass to prevent the glass from colliding with the steel frame when it is lifted and displaced. Use the manual reverse chain of the hanging electric suction cup to slowly lift the glass, so that the lower end of the glass is slightly beyond the lower frame. At this time, the lower workers should gently pull the glass into the slot in time, and use a wooden block to prevent it from colliding with the adjacent glass. In addition, some workers rely on the lower end of the glass with wooden boards to ensure that the glass can be put into the notch of the bottom frame when the glass is slowly lowered by the reverse chain, and it is necessary to prevent the lower end of the glass from colliding with the metal notch.


 (3) Glass positioning. After installing the glass hanger, the hanger bolts should be placed at the positioning positions marked on the steel beam. Adjust the rod bolts repeatedly to lift and properly seat the glass.


 (4) After installing the upper outer metal clip, fill the foam plastic round strips in the outer slots of the upper and lower frames to temporarily fix the installed glass.


 Five, injection sealant


 (1) The glass and metal surfaces of all glue injection parts should be wiped clean with acetone or special detergent, not with damp cloth and water, and the surface of glue injection parts must be dry. Stick the tape along the glue seam to prevent the silicone from contaminating the glass.


 (2) It is necessary to arrange the construction of trained professional glue injection workers. When glue injection, both inside and outside should be carried out at the same time. The glue injection should be uniform at a uniform speed and thickness without air bubbles. After the glue is injected, use a special tool to scrape the glue to make the glue seam a slightly concave surface.


 (3) The construction thickness of the weather-resistant silicone caulking glue should be between 3.5 and 4.5 mm. The width of the glue joint is determined by design calculation. The minimum width is 6 mm, and the common width is 8 mm. When the requirements are higher, 10mm or 12mm can be used.


 6. Surface cleaning and acceptance


 Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the glass, check the glue seam again and make any necessary repairs.


 Construction Notes:


 Because the hanging all-glass curtain wall is a frameless curtain wall, and the area of a single piece of glass is also large, the following points should be paid special attention to during construction:


1. Glass edging. The upper and lower ends of the glass must be ground flat, and the quality requirements should not be ignored because the upper and lower ends are not exposed. During the production and processing of glass, there is internal stress. The glass needs to be temporarily grounded in the lower part of the hoisting; there is a copper clip on the upper end of the glass, and the local stress is very large. If the edge is not flat, the glass is prone to cracks under the combined action of complex external force and internal stress in use.


 2. Glass packaging. Due to the large size of the glass, generally every 2 pieces are packed in a wooden box, the wooden packing box must be firm, and the hoisting point is designed. The glass should be tightly plugged with polystyrene foam boards around the packing box, and the glass and glass should not be simply separated by paper, but must be plugged with double-sided towel polystyrene foam boards. During the transportation and hoisting process of the glass packaging box, the glass inside must not move. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the end faces with the copper clips attached to the two ends, so as to prevent them from being impacted by external forces and cause the glass to break.


 3. Internal and external clip design. When designing the inner and outer clips and frames of the glass, it is necessary to closely cooperate with other professional constructions to prevent other professional constructions from welding or drilling holes on the clips after the glass curtain wall is installed. Because other professional construction teams do not understand the special structure of the glass curtain wall, they only consider the convenience of their own professional construction, and the splashing of welding spark welding slag on the glass will cause irreversible damage to the glass. Other professional construction personnel should pay more attention to preventing tools and objects from falling, so as not to cause glass breakage.
