On July 5, the bidding announcement for the Rizhao Tennis Center Project (EPC+OM) was released. This bidding project has been approved for construction by Rizhao City Development and Reform Commission. The tenderee is Rizhao City Economic Development and Investment Co., Ltd. The construction funds are self-raised, and the proportion of project investment is 100%.

The project has a planned construction period of 420 calendar days and a planned investment of 280 million yuan.

The project covers a total area of 154,960 square meters, with a total construction area of 47,705 square meters, above-ground construction area of 40,273 square meters, and underground construction area of 7,432 square meters.

The main construction center field, indoor tennis practice hall (including regular ground, tennis center supporting room, VIP indoor field and its supporting service room, student apartment) single-span span of about 42 meters, indoor tennis practice hall (red clay court), basketball Hall, faculty apartment, outdoor tennis court, outdoor tennis practice field and underground parking lot.

The construction site of the Rizhao Tennis Center project is located in the east of Qingdao Road, the south of the swimming pool, the west of Oasis Road and the north of Sun Plaza.
