He Wen said, 2023 is the opening year of the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the twentieth Party Congress, is a three-year new crown epidemic prevention and control of the turn of the year after the economic recovery and development of the year, extremely challenging, extremely difficult. He said that in 2024, the People's Republic of China was founded 75 years, is to achieve the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’ goal of the key year, but also the 35th anniversary of the founding of the city of Rizhao. Do a good job this year, hope and difficulties co-exist, hope more than difficulties, opportunities and challenges are the same, more opportunities than challenges. He said that the main expected goals for 2024 are: GDP growth of 5.5%, industrial value added above designated size growth of 6%, fixed asset investment growth of 7%, general public budget revenue growth of 5%, total retail sales of consumer goods growth of 6%, imports and exports to promote stability and quality; urban and rural per capita disposable income growth and economic development is basically synchronised, consumer prices remain stable; the full completion of the province, Municipal energy conservation, emission reduction and carbon reduction binding targets and environmental quality improvement goals. Focus on seven aspects of work: unswervingly grasp the project, spell economic, in stimulating the growth of new kinetic energy breakthroughs; unswervingly Xing industry, strong foundation, in the construction of new advantages in the transformation of breakthroughs; unswervingly promote reform, seek innovation, in the shaping of the development of a new pattern of breakthroughs; unswervingly expand the function of the city to improve the quality of the city's new face on the breakthroughs; unswervingly ecological, strong governance, to create a new green model on the breakthroughs. At the meeting, Donggang District will for the first time carry out the voting work of the people's deputies of the district-level practical livelihood projects. The meeting issued in writing the draft candidate projects of Donggang District 2024 livelihood practical matters and relevant explanations for the consideration of the delegates.
The meeting also issued in writing the Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Rizhao High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Rizhao Shanhaitian Tourism Resort District work report, and submitted to the delegates for consideration.
