On May 15, Sun Jian, Sales Director of Global Wise (Beijing) Data Technology Co., Ltd, and Liu Kai, Teacher of Foreign Language College of Shandong Foreign Language Vocational and Technical University, organised students to carry out an industry-university-research visit to Huaye Technology Group. Ding Lei, Administrative Director of the Group, and Chen Xiangyan, Manager of the Human Resources Department, led the teachers and students in this activity.

First of all, teachers and students visited Huaye Glass Production and Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop in the field, and gained a deeper understanding of the production process of the products, as well as a clearer understanding of the enterprise's R & D strength and innovative applications.

Afterwards, Director Ding Lei introduced in detail the development status, job details and talent demand of the enterprise, patiently answered the students' questions about job-seeking planning, provided valuable suggestions and guidance, and welcomed the students to join in Huaye's big family.

This activity enhanced the students' social practice ability and stimulated them to further think about the future employment direction and career planning.
