1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in marketing and other related fields;

2. More than five years of sales management experience in the bathroom or building materials industry, at least 3 times a year of group professional training, familiar with the brand operation and market development status of the same industry;

3. Possess the concept and knowledge of modern enterprise marketing and service, and have practical experience in market operation, planning and promotion, channel construction, and personnel organization of medium and large enterprises;

4. Have the ability to organize and manage the sales team, and be able to skillfully use various incentive strategies to guide the team;
